The RFMSS section of MUTC is responsible to enter all scheduling requests into RFMSS, keep track of daily manning numbers, and track all facility usage. RFMSS – RFMSS provides a standard, integrated system to efficiently assist the MUTC installation command in scheduling and managing firing ranges and training areas, providing training support for units and schools. RFMSS supports all major range management processes: including range and training area scheduling; unit and range control approval processes; live training asset allocation; Integrated Training Area Management; automation of range firing desk operations; resolution of safety and environmental conflicts; and creation and management of Surface Danger Zones. RFMSS allows units to reserve range and training area assets as much as two years in advance. Units access the RFMSS system network through CITRIX and their local internet connection. By accessing the RFMSS network, units can check the status of any ranges on the MUTC firing desk that they are scheduled for and see any other available buildings/ranges before sending their request. Follow the link below and click on the link located on the left hand side labeled USARNG and then follow the link to Camp Atterbury. Although RFMSS does allow units to remote schedule training, because of the complexity and size of MUTC any remotely scheduled request will be denied. All training requests must first go through the MUTC scheduling department and will then be forwarded to the RFMSS Manager. Any questions regarding daily facility training data or RFMSS scheduling can be answered by the RFMSS Manager at (317) 247- 3300 x 41000 Last updated on 3/14/2013 |
