Scheduling

In order to schedule training events at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, please follow the steps listed below:

2. Download the MUTC Map
3. Contact the MUTC Scheduler at 317-247-3300 x 41777 to coordinate a site visit (strongly encouraged for units who have not been here) and discuss training objectives.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Completely fill out the Facility Request Form and email (do not scan/fax) back to the MUTC Scheduler. This request should be completed NLT 60 days prior to training dates. PLEASE NOTE: 60 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAINING DATE! Our training dates fill up very quickly. To insure your training requirements are met, be as detailed as possible in the ‘Summary of Training’ block.

Once your request has been received, the MUTC Scheduler will contact you to finalize training areas and input to the calendar. Your request will then be forwarded through the proper channels for final approval. Once approved a POC from the Operations group will be assigned to your unit in order to meet all of your training needs.
